Good People Day - April 3rd

by John Lauber on April 3, 2008

Today is “national” Good People Day.  It’s a day to recognize all the Good people.  So today is a day to forget about people that try to bring you down and think of those influential and just downright good people in your life whether they be friends, family or mentors.  This is better than Festivus as it gives us a chance to recognize those people that make a difference.

I tried to figure out who I could “call out”, but I know too many that it would be disservice.  So just remember them and give them a personal message today to say “Thanks” for being one of those Good People.

Make it a Great Good People Day!!

Spring’s in Full Swing

by John Lauber on April 2, 2008

The following residential (only) market statistics are in for Chester County.  Even as Days on Market crept up (it’s skewed a bit with new construction), prices have risen and while sold homes have increased steadily through the first quarter.

Here’s the numbers for the Quarter

Some statistics for Chester County for the first Quarter 2008

Homes are definitely selling, but as you can see they’re just taking a bit longer.  The current accumulation rate is currently 8 months of inventory.
